Location
Our Racebox is located at Room E623, 6/F Grandstand II, Hong Kong Jockey Club (Shatin). It is one of the prime locations at Shatin because you can see the last 100 meters of the home straight, which is the most exciting part of a race.

Badge
Non-Hong Kong Jockey Club members and guests have to apply for a badge for admittance to the Racecourse at HK$50.00. 		 

Reservation & Seating
Application for the Racebox will be accepted from 9:00am to 5:00pm every Monday for the coming Shatin racing days until Friday next week. Seats will be allocated on first-come-first-serve basis.

Because only 4-seats tables are available in the Racebox, members reserving 2 seats, 5 seats or 6 seats may need to share their table with other members and guests.

Cancellation
Cancellation of application by fax or by hand should be made by 12:00 noon 3 days in advance before the racing day. No telephone cancellation shall be accepted. Otherwise the member is still liable for all costs as confirmed in the application form.

Membership Card
Members are required to bring with our Club's membership card for identification when using the Racebox.

Dress Code
For male members and male guests: shirt and tie, or collared shirt and sports jacket, or tailored safari suit are required. Jeans, T-shirts, track-suits, shorts, singlets, overalls, sports shoes, and flip-flops are not acceptable.

For lady members and female guests: a corresponding standard of dress code is required.

A conference room which is located at 2/F and is available for 20-40 persons in meeting.

Room Rate:

Bauhinia Suite
A fine dining suite with deluxe and comfort environment located at 2/F and is available for 24 person for dining.

Lunch: 11:00am-3:00pm
Dinner: 3:00pm-11:00pm

Minimum banquet menus:
Lunch: $4,000 / table
Dinner: $7,000 / table

Personal Data Amendment
For correction of personal data, please fill in the Personal Data Correction Form and return to the Membership and Promotion Department.

Application For Supplementary Card
Member can apply the supplementary membership card for their spouse and children (aged between 8 to 20). Member is required to complete the required forms and present the original of necessary document such as HKID, marriage certificate and birth certificate.

Loss of Membership Card
Member is suggested to report lost card immediately to our Membership and Promotion Department. The handling charge is HK$50 and a new card would be issued within three days.

Carpark Label
An ordinary member or company nominee is entitled to have maximized of three members vehicle parking labels.
