Golf Association Golf Association was established effective 1st March 2002. Mr. Samuel Chan Wing Sun has been elected as the Chairman and Mr. Eric Wong Kwan Wo as Captain.
Through the delicate efforts of the project team of the Yau Yat Chuen Garden City Club Golf Association, and the greatest support from the General Committee and the Recreation Sub-committee, we have successfully purchase eight (8) unnamed golf membership of the Shenzhen Airport Golf Resort Company Limited in February 2002.
Besides, our Golf Association team members had participated ˇ§Carlsberg KSC Golf tournament" and they have won more prizes.
Swimming Team The aim of setting up Yau Yat Chuen Garden City Club Swimming Team is provide elite training for our members in improving techniques and achieving good results. Further, children can build up their competence in hard-working and enhance their mind through competitive training to reach at the top.
Tennis Team YYC Tennis Team was established in 1991, team captain is Mr. Li Kam Fai Dominic; assistant team captain is Mr. Kam Yee On Patrick.
Our tennis team has joined the summer and winter league at the HKTA and often get the best result. The team practice is on every Monday and Thursday.
Badminton Team Our Badminton Team was established in 1991, team captain is Mr Fan Ying Ming. There are three teams : namely Mens, Ladies and Youths. The team practice for Mens and Youths badminton team are every Monday evening while Ladies team is on every Saturday morning.
Men's Badminton Team (the Team)
Terms of reference
1.
The formation of the Team is to promote Badminton Sport & Team Spirit.
2.
Any Club Members who are interested in badminton can join and play as a Team Menber.The Team's badminton playing skill can be developed through regular badminton meetings on every Monday evenings in the Club.
3.
The Club's head badminton coach trains the Team. Training provision is arranged between 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm and match is arranged between 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
4.
To enhance team spirit and harmony amongst the Team members, Team members should partner any members without prejudice.
5.
Any Team members who would be absent from playing should give advance notice to the Club at Tel. No. 2397 4950.
6.
The Terms of Reference would be subject to revision from time to time.
